Buying a Voucher

What is a Voucher?

When you purchase an offer, you will receive a picture message Voucher on your mobile phone after the offer closes. Show this Voucher to the merchant to redeem your offer.

In the event that you cannot find your picture message Voucher, you will also receive a backup text message Voucher. Your offer can still be redeemed by showing the merchant your backup text message Voucher.

How will I be charged for a Voucher that I buy?

The total amount you pay for a Voucher (plus applicable taxes) will be directly added to your Rogers Wireless phone bill.

You will see the purchase details listed as a line item on your monthly Rogers Wireless bill.

What are the expiration dates of the Vouchers?

The conditions of every offer differ. Be sure to check the Fine Print of the offer as expiration dates will vary.

Is there a limit to the amount of Vouchers I can buy per month?

Each individual offer has different restrictions as to how many Vouchers you can purchase. You can buy as many offers as you'd like over a month, but the total amount of all offers combined cannot exceed $100 per month.

I didn't receive my picture message Voucher. What do I do?

Don't fret! In the unlikely event that you are unable to receive your picture message Voucher, you will always receive a backup text message containing your Voucher code.

This text message backup Voucher can also be shown to the merchant to redeem your offer.

Please note: You will only receive your Voucher after the offer closes so be sure to check the offer end time.

Can I buy multiple Vouchers?

Every offer is unique and will note whether or not you can purchase multiple Vouchers. Check the offer Details and Fine Print for more information.

What is your return policy?

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase of your Voucher provided that you have not redeemed the Voucher. Please contact customer support.

Using your Voucher

Now that I've received my Voucher on my phone, how do I use it?

Once you receive the picture message containing your Voucher, simply show the Voucher picture on your phone to the merchant to redeem. It's that easy!

Can I use my Voucher with other specials, coupons or promotions?

Each offer will note whether or not the Voucher can be combined with other discounts. Be sure to check the Fine Print of the offer before purchasing and redeeming.

What happens if I don't use the full value of the voucher in one visit? Can I use the remainder later?

Unless the offer says otherwise or required by law, all Vouchers must be used in full in one visit. Bring a friend and share your unbeatable savings!

I can't find my Voucher that I successfully purchased. How do I get another one?

To retrieve another Voucher:
  1. Text the word VOUCHER to 6060, or
  2. Click on the my account button My Account on the top right of the Rogers Mobile Offers site to see a list of all your purchased Vouchers under my voucher. Select the missing Voucher and click "Send to Me" to receive your Voucher on your phone.

Under my account, the Voucher I want to retrieve says "Available...", how do I get it?

Congratulations! This means you have successfully purchased a Voucher for an offer.

The "Available..." message will appear if the offer for that particular Voucher has not closed yet.

All you have to do is wait until the offer closes and you'll automatically receive the Voucher on your mobile phone.

What if I haven't redeemed my Voucher and the business closes down?

We do our very best to ensure this never happens.

In the unlikely event that the business does close down before you've had the chance to redeem, and your Voucher has not expired, we will provide you with a full refund. Please contact customer support.

Can I receive alerts and purchase offers if I am not a Rogers Wireless customer?

Are Rogers Mobile Offers available in any other areas besides the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)?

At this time, only GTA-based merchants are featured on Rogers Mobile Offers.

Can my friends receive Rogers Mobile Offers, too?
